Refund Policy: The Personal Planetarium comes with a six month 100% money back guarantee. All items in the Planetarium Kit except the Star-Brite paint must be returned in resalable condition. In particular, the Star Theater projector must be in like new condition and packaged in its original box and packing materials. The Star-Brite paint bottle and any leftover paint must also be returned. Only one refund per household or ordering entity.
Original shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. The customer pays shipping costs to return the Planetarium Kit.
Star-Brite Refills are nonreturnable and nonrefundable.
To return your Planetarium Kit, contact us via email to obtain an RMA number at returns@stars-so-bright.com. After receiving your RMA number, ship the Planetarium Kit to:

Be sure to include the RMA number both inside and outside the package. Be sure to include the name of the person who placed the order and the last four digits of the credit card used to place the order.
Refunds will be applied to the credit card used to make the purchase.
Shipping Policy: Although we strive to fill orders the next day, all orders are shipped within five (5) business days, barring unforeseen circumstances. In the event we are unable to ship within five business days, the customer will be notified by email and offered the option to cancel the order for a full refund.
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS ground delivery, as you specify on your order form. For shipments to the U.S. or Canada, we charge a flat shipping and handling fee of $18 for USPS orders and $16 for UPS orders. Overseas orders are charged a flat shipping and handling fee of $35.
Customers are notified by email when their order is shipped and the shipping method employed. UPS orders will include tracking information.
